We also have a few members that also play WOW and we have not forgotten them. They are welcome and so are you.

1.1 Ripped Dragon Bylaws Mission Statement:
First and foremost, the purpose of our guild is to have fun. If the conduct that is expected of you as a member of Ripped Dragons prevents you from enjoying yourself, then address the issue, or seek membership elsewhere. Ripped Dragons is a guild of gamers who enjoys each others fellowship. We respect each others contributions to the game and guild, and expect that they enhance our own experience. Ripped Dragon members are expected to be mature and courteous in dealing with guildies and non-guildies. Members are also expected to aid guild mates in every way that they can.

1.2 Code of Conduct:
Ripped Dragon is to present itself to the world respectfully, so when one person gets out of line, we all look bad. If you think that your actions may reflect poorly on the rest of the guild, then use a little common sense and refrain from acting. The use of cursing to provoke another member or in a hateful or demeaning manner is strictly prohibited. The following will not be tolerated: racial slurs, harassing or demeaning comments of any kind. Ripped Dragon is made up of a widely diverse group of members, from many countries and nationalities. Respect is the key for everyone. If disputes arise, then allow an officer, or the highest-ranking member online at that time to deal with it. Don’t attempt to undermine or overrule them. Being part of Ripped Dragons is like being part of a family. This means that you are expected to support your fellow guild mates in any way possible. Please use your CoC that is what they are for. Contributing an item to somebody in need of that item is expected. Do not sell items to guild mates. Never leave a guild mate to die alone, never scam a guild mate. If you have a problem with another member, then take screenshots and report the incident(s) to Dragon leadership thru your Chain of Command.

1.3 Exploits
We do not condone knowingly using cheats or exploits (duping, etc.) for our benefit. If a Dragon member is suspected of cheating or exploiting, please contact Ripped Dragon leadership and report them. Exploiting or cheating will result in a more thorough investigation of that member. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

2.0 Message Boards (public and private)
Ripped Dragon members use the message boards to get to know others, and to communicate with guild persons. Board warrioring is frowned on, and especially on the public guild boards. If you have a reasonable argument or point of view, you may state it and move on, but excessive arguing makes the guild look very immature. This also includes insulting other posters for posting skills or ridiculing them for any reason.
